On September 27, 2001, Phil & Judy Frisk
traveled to France to attend a watercolor
workshop given by Susan Blackwood
with a group of 16 other artists. They
stayed in the old walled town of Vence
and followed in the footsteps of the
Impressionist painters of Provence.
